Hi, I'm Terri Casey.

I have a passion for people and helping businesses build organizations where employees thrive. Prior to becoming an attorney I had a successful career as a human resources executive in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. As an attorney and former HR executive, I bring a unique combination of skills for building culture while minimizing risk.

While in-house overseeing human resources I took four different employers to the Top Workplaces list by helping managers become skilled coaches who inspire and get the best from their people. As in-house General Counsel I have practiced general business law on behalf of multi-unit location manufacturing, healthcare, information technology and distribution companies.

I have experience in all areas of HR including employee relations, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, benefits, and payroll. My experience in house and in HR allows me to easily identify legal issues during an investigation that may help clients avoid litigation

I challenge leaders to coach more and manage less.
