Hi, I'm Nicolette Bidarian.

I’m an experienced employment law attorney who is passionate about helping organizations create fair, inclusive, and legally sound workplaces. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve advised employers through everything from day-to-day employment matters to high-stakes litigation, always with an eye toward practical, business-aligned solutions.

Before joining Barbas Cremer, I served as Associate General Counsel and Vice President in the Employment Law Group at a large Fortune 500 financial services firm. In that role, I worked closely with HR and senior business leaders to navigate complex employment matters with empathy, clarity, and strategy. I also spent several years in private practice at Allen Norton & Blue, P.A., a boutique employment law firm, where I represented a wide range of employers in employment disputes, labor negotiations, and workplace investigations.

My legal career began at the Florida Commission on Human Relations, where I clerked while attending law school. That early experience sparked my commitment to addressing workplace inequality and gave me a strong foundation in employment discrimination law.

I earned my J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law and my B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a belief that the best legal advice is not only accurate but also actionable, empathetic, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and challenges.

I take pride in being a trusted partner to the organizations I work with—someone who listens first, speaks plainly, and never loses sight of the people behind the policies.
