A Season of Growth at Barbas Cremer -- And We're Just Getting Started
/A Season of Growth at Barbas Cremer — And We’re Just Getting Started
Eight months ago, we made a big move. Jake Cremer joined Barbas Cremer as Managing Partner, bringing his team with him — and we've spent the time since heads-down building something we're proud of.
Founding Partner Terin Barbas Cremer continues to helm Employment and Business Services, and Jake leads our new Land Use and Environmental Services practice. Our expanded team includes attorney Nicole Neugebauer MacInnes, AICP-certified land planner Cynthia Spidell*, and paralegals Randy Garcia and Carol Walden. Together, we’ve strengthened our ability to provide seamless legal and consulting support to Florida businesses, landowners, and developers, navigating real-world challenges with confidence.
We’re grateful to our clients for their trust, to our families and friends for their constant encouragement, and to our colleagues for their collaboration along the way. The momentum is building, and we’re energized for what lies ahead.
Our door is always open. Whether it’s catching up or staying connected as we grow, we’re glad you’re part of our community. We Know the Dirt—All of It. 🌱💼

The Tampa Bay Business Journal has recognized Terin Barbas Cremer and Jake Cremer among Tampa's "25 People to Watch in 2026".
Selections are based on active projects, initiatives, and the key issues shaping our region.
This honor reflects the momentum we’ve built through our unique integration of employment law, land use, environmental services, and business solutions.
From the article: "With the couple working together, we will be watching to see which top recruits they snag next, as well as what the move means for Cremer's land-use practice."
