Hi, I'm Anna.
Director of Planning & Entitlements*
For over 12 years, my focus has been on helping developers, land owners, and national brands navigate the complex world of entitlements and due diligence across central and southwest Florida. I specialize in finding the critical path for private development and redevelopment. From the initial due diligence phases to securing final approvals, I look at land through a strategic lens to find the untapped potential and maximize value for my clients.
While my career is rooted in private land consulting, I also bring a powerful insider’s perspective to the table. I began my career by serving several years in local government. Having administered municipal codes, managed department budgets, and drafted ordinances from the inside of local government, I know exactly how city planners and government boards evaluate projects. This dual experience allows me to anticipate regulatory roadblocks before they happen and present projects in a way that builds consensus and wins approvals.
Winning approvals today looks very different than it did a decade ago. With the rise of AI and social media, the general public is more informed, and more connected, than ever before regarding land development applications under review. Public input can shape or stall a project overnight. A major part of my role is advising clients on how to proactively navigate this hyper-aware modern landscape, managing community outreach and public narrative so that projects move forward smoothly rather than getting caught in the friction.
Florida’s growth moves fast, and its land use laws move even faster. To keep my clients ahead of the curve, I assist in tracking Florida’s legislative updates through bill trackers from the American Planning Association, 1000 Friends of Florida and other respected planning organizations. Combined with my active involvement in the Urban Land Institute, I ensure our projects are never caught off guard by shifting regulations or changing public sentiments.
* I’m not an attorney. I am a highly-skilled land planner.

While I am passionate about shaping the communities of Central and Southwest Florida, my biggest and most rewarding job happens at home. As a proud working mom, my husband and our two young sons keep me incredibly busy and energized. Balancing a thriving career in land consulting with the beautiful chaos of raising two boys gives me a unique appreciation for the neighborhoods we build—I'm not just planning for today’s market, I'm helping shape the future communities where the next generation will grow.
